The transaction, which was identified and structured by Fenext, is linked to a lease agreement entered into with ITW Reagents, a Panreac Química subsidiary, for innovative and best-quality products for chemical, biological, pharmaceutical and medical research.

Likewise, Fenext is also responsible for the asset management of the building that is added to the company’s portfolio of assets under management.

The property is a logistics warehouse located in calle del Muga 2, Polígono Pla d’en Coll, in Montcada i Reixac, on the northern outskirts of the city of Barcelona. It is a fully consolidated urban and industrial area with companies such as Amazon, Condis or CNL. The logistics warehouse is directly linked to Barcelona via the C-33 highway, which runs to the northern part of the city. It is also easily accessible from the AP-7 toll road (the Mediterranean Highway) and the A-2 highway (Madrid).
