The conclusion of this transaction reinforces the confidence that the French company Sogenial Immobilier places in Fenext, consolidating its commitment to the Spanish market.

The property is currently 100% leased to a company belonging to the Eroski group. This logistics asset plays a strategic role, supporting all the group’s business units in the north of the Iberian Peninsula.

The warehouse is divided into two levels: a ground floor for the main logistics activities and a second floor which houses offices to support these operations.
