Fenext acted as an advisor in the acquisition of a fully renovated office building in the 22@ district, the epicentre of innovation in the heart of Barcelona.

The project involved converting a building that operated as a dairy back in 1950 and later, in 1963, became one of the tallest buildings in the entire block, above the average height in the 22@ district, affording the best views of Barcelona.

Today, that 1950 dairy is home to one of the most innovative, sustainable and technological premises in the 22@ district.
