The asset has been acquired through a sale & leaseback transaction, with a lease agreement signed with Hofmann S.L., a Valencian company founded in 1928 and a leader in photographic printing in Spain. Hofmann is part of the Storio Group, one of the largest European players in the sector, which also includes brands such as Photobox. The company specializes in the production and distribution of digital photo albums, photo books, calendars, personalized gifts, and other photographic products for both individual customers and businesses, operating mainly through online channels.

This new acquisition represents an additional industrial asset under management for Fenext.
