On the heels of the successful management of the Valencia and Barcelona assets, My Share SCPI has decided to entrust Fenext with the asset management of its latest acquisition: an office building in the Pamplona metropolitan area (in Navarre, Spain). In this way, Fenext consolidates a €24 million portfolio of properties under management comprising three office assets and a logistics warehouse.

The building is located at kilometre 3 of the Pamplona highway, in Industrial Park 3, Cordovilla, Navarre (Spain).

With a plot area of 8,685 sq m, the asset boasts an office building with 2,487 sq m of gross lettable area (GLA) that is arranged over a 262 sq m basement, a 1,118 sq m ground floor, and a 1,108 sq m first floor. It also has 107 parking spaces both above and below ground.
