The project involves the development of an industrial sector. Purchased in a liquidation process of several undertakings, the asset comprises two plots in different states of urban management: non-consolidated urban land and developable land.
The plot located on non-consolidated urban land spans an area of 104,314 sq m and was the site of a former disused factory. The project on this plot involved the demolition of the warehouse, decontamination of the soil and adaptation of the town planning situation via the approval of an urban development project.
Decontamination of the soil has primarily involved the safe removal of all asbestos in the area, following a strictly scheduled and controlled demolition process. The development project has received final approval from the Camarma de Esteruelas City Council regarding the starting of works.
The plot has been sold to a top-tier industrial operator to develop a new industrial warehouse to support its business.
