Fenext acted as advisor to Arkéa Real Estate in the strategic acquisition of a yield logistic asset located in Santa María de Benquerencia industrial complex in Toledo, one of the most dynamic and consolidated industrial hubs in the region.

The completion of this transaction reinforces the confidence set by the French firm Arkéa Real Estate in Fenext and confirms its commitment to the Spanish market, aligned with with its national growth and expansion strategy.

The asset is currently 100% leased to Schweppes, strategic subsidiary of the Japanese group Suntory since 2009, one of the world’s leading food and beverage companies. The asset is one of the company’s most significant logistics assets in Spain, given its location and proximity to the group’s main production facility in the country.
